i can suggest to anyone this is a nice place.

The people who live here are nice. The management is OK. The apartments are very small (not the size stated). They need lots of repairs because they are very old. Look out for poorly renovated tubs, carpet: might be dyed (will get on shoes, clothe, socks, slippers and poorly renovated tubs. Hard to get out). The wood look vinyl in the kitchen and baths is very nice. I wish I knew where to get it! Lots of parking. Trash bin are usually full of furniture, beds, TV and other stuff people have left behind in the apartments. It's hard to find a place to put out your trash. Needs double pain windows.

I love how the staff gets things done in a hery, but i do not like the parking i come home from work around 8pm and can not find parking near my apartment, there needs to be assigned parking, I also dont like the price jumps just because apartments are empty our water bill jumps up to almost $100 which i find not fare at all. Ive complained and talked to the office and they said they cant do anything about it. The only reason i would re-new my lease is because of the great staff and spacious floor plans, But im probley not going to because its kind of hard to budget out my monthly bills with the prices increasing monthly!

I would only say good things because of the location. Anything you need is within a 5 mile radius. But, my one complaint, my car was towed back in April or May due to "no registration" the office staff said they had pictures showing the car was not registered. I would like to know who removed the plate when the picture was taken, because the receipt I have from Ashley's Towing, shows the car had registration. I am in building 22, there is a car parked by the dumpsters, that has been there for months with the same flat spare tire, also, the car doesn't belong to anyone that lives here. So, why was my car towed and this one has sat for months??? I tried making a complaint with the housing authority, and they advised me to take it up with the office. All I was told is that "at the time the car was towed, there was no proof of registration on the vehicle" but why does my receipt show a plate number and current registration???

Love the location.. staff has changed over the years... I was here through the office burning down, etc... I've been in 1824 for 5-6 years now? My walls have to be torn apart to repair my ac drain.... The ac tech, and brandon noticed my bathroom floor is peeling up at the tub, which it was at move in years ago, sealed by an "INCH of Silicone caulking"... my bath linoleum needs replaced as they accidentally spilled that blue piping glue on it, and my tub need to be redone, aka that company that coats it.. Just ask Brandon.... said to call a lady at the office, and arrange for the work to be done when I go on a weeks vacation, since it reeks..... Overall... LOVE this complex, and the staff have always been stellar.... Dennis

Would be better with assigned parking. Decently quiet, everything works, cabinets, counter tops, appliances, closet doors, sinks, and shower heads etc... could be updated. Basically the only problems are all superficial and could be easily remedied with a few cheap upgrades.

Spacious, calm, well maintained, friendly. Had no trouble getting the few problems I found after moving in taken care of quickly. Really enjoying my new apartment!

My apartment is fine, my electric bill is OUTRAGEOUS!!! Some of the neighbors are ridiculous in airing their dirty laundry in public -- foul mouthed in front of their children, obvious domestic issues. Staff at Montego Bay is great -

That the apartments are very nice and maintenance has been good but don't expect to use the main pool.

to look elsewhere.... There are only few workers that are nice enough, employees and landscapers take, what should be, resident parking. Even after complaints, it never stops. People do not clean up after their pets.
